“iWe did not like the property at all. first thing we noticed was the pool, no water and dirty, the place looked run down. almost looked like no one was there and shopping carts in the parking lot. I asked the girl the desk if we could have a room on the first floor she said no, the place was empty i could not understand why. the cushion's on the couch was dirty.I would like a refund the place is that bad”

“I walked in and the room was t clean enough to stay. There was no staff onsite to talk to about my dissatisfaction. Checked in with a live agent via a kiosk in the lobby.”

“I would stay here again and again. I love the ambiance and charm of the historic home which still shines through along side the luxurious updates in the beautiful bathroom, soft rugs, comfy bed. They have thought of everything and provided a beautiful space to enjoy it in. Games, toiletries, coffee, water, an honor wine bar upstairs. I cannot wait to go back. Full review with video coming to my tiktok @joykapp later today. I also recommend Old Bull for dinner if you go into town! Friendly……

“The staff were very helpful and accommodating; however, the hotel rooms are in serious need of updating. The furniture is outdated, and the air conditioners leak, leaving the carpets beneath them wet and creating a damp, mildew-like odor throughout the room. The excess moisture and standing water also appear to attract large water bugs, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and overall quality that did not meet expectations.……

“The room smelled musty; properly is dated. Iron did not get warm or hot. Mops/cleaning supplies were out visible for guests to see.”

“Our room was on the 2nd Floor with no elevator, but we made it (age 70+) with our luggage with relative ease. Parking was free and easy. The room was well appointed, clean and cool (during an extreme heat wave). The location is walking distance from shopping, restaurants and the waterfront. Kristen and all of the other staff were pleasant and engaging! We’ve stayed at several other Beaufort hotels but this may be our new favorite!”

“Seemed to be newly renovated, room was very clean. The description did list a microwave in the room but there was not one... it was a spot for one. Staff were very friendly. I would stay again while in the area.”
