「The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!」

「The resort is family friendly. It is a timeshare property, so be prepared to be asked to attend a presentation. In the description on the hotels.com website, we were told there would be a golf credit which we had planned for. When we arrived we were told that was no longer available , which was very disappointing. I took a screenshot of the description and shared with resort staff but it was not honored. 」

「Our stay was wonderful, however, a bit stressful the moment we arrived due to the parking situation. We had 2 cars, so the host told me to park in the garage (so we could double park), as opposed to the regular parking lot. There was no availability to park in the garage, however, the host rectified the situation for us by moving her car out of the garage to let us have it. If you only have one car, you will not have to worry about this. One more thing - there wasn't any ice in the freezer...

「Just spent 5 days at this property. It is a little small but I did not expect much different. The bunk beds were too small for my son but he is 6 foot tall. The mattress in the bedroom was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. Replacing it with a more comfortable mattress or even adding a mattress topper would help a lot. 「My sister and I met here to get away from our families for a few days and this location AND time of the year did not disappoint! During our stay the neighborhood complex was very quiet, we did really see to many other people. Once you get to the unit it’s very clear on how to get to the beach, there’s two different codes to use which we just took pictures of on our phone. 「The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost.」

「The unit was clean and well-provided. It was at the very back of the complex, so it was a bit of a walk to the beach. No maps or directions to the beach were given, and there was no beachside bathroom cabana anywhere in sight. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.」

「The property is newly renovated and it’s beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Having said that … I believe from the last time I was there in 2021 then changed the flooring in the hallway and rooms to hardwood- which understandably would be easier to clean and maintain but the echoes are very loud- people getting ice from the vending machine all night - I was woken at midnight one o’clock and even two o’clock in the morning.
