The furnishings are quite sparse but all nicely comfortable and functional, with very good facilities all around in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is relaxingly quiet and private, and in a pleasant area. Great location for a visiting academic (as I am), with an easy walk to the university campus, lots of restaurants of all kinds nearby, and BART station. I’d be very happy to stay again on future visits!」

「As you drive up to this Sausalito cottage, it welcomes you in with its gable gate and beautiful flowers. Upon entering, the first thing you want to do is walk across the living room to the sliding door, which leads out onto the spacious deck with gorgeous views of the harbor and boats. My husband and I spent a great deal of time on that deck with either coffee in the morning or wine, cheese, and crackers in the late afternoon. 「The unit is nicely decorated and very clean and new. A little difficult for a long stay because of limited kitchen and VERY small refrigerator. A desk would be very helpful to avoid having to use the small dining table - have to move computer constantly when time to eat. Communication could've been a bit better from owner (felt like I was bothering him if I asked a question). A welcome manual would be nice with instructions. Lighting could be improved from street to unit door - uneven tile...

「A beautiful property in a quiet lovely hillside neighborhood. We were surrounded by mature trees and vibrant spring blooms. The property was built in a very thoughtful and artful way that made the experience extra special. It truly was a little piece of heaven. We hope to come back someday.」

「Tucked away behind the privacy fence, the entryway leads through an herb garden in BBQ heaven. The space is clean & well lit, inviting with simple comforts. Mini fridge and a quick heating hot pot was all I needed kitchen-wise but if you want to cook a meal, look elsewhere. Great hot shower, comfortable bed and WiFi everywhere. Easy Uber pick up and plenty of dining options two blocks away on Geary. Definitely recommend and will try to stay again in future.」
