Room was fine, clean. The breakfast was a grab and go of small boxed cereal or waffles/bread. There was a sign saying that soon free breakfast was being replaced with vending machines.

2nd room was good. We did have water come in when it rained. Ac worked well. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Now they are getting rid of breakfast. Price for the room was good with breakfast. Now will probably find another place to stay since they are bringing in vending machines. Over all an ok place to sleep for the few days we were in town. The beds were hard but clean.

The staff were pretty good overall but the hotel room was disappointing. When we entered the room there was a dirty towel on the floor and the bed had stains as well as the chair. The pool was only accessible for one day when we stayed for an entire week the lady at the front desk said there was a thunderstorm there wasn’t, and the manager did not help at all with the issues in our room. Extremely hot inside would not recommend.

It was easy to get to. The hospitality team was awesome. Twice they went the extra mile for us. We needed some cream for coffee, and the clerk opened up the breakfast room to get it for us. She also had our receipts ready for us before we got out of the car. It's like she read our minds!

A clean, comfortable room with a great pool and great breakfast for an unbelievably low price. The only drawback is it is located in a location in Louisiana that is not close to many activities. I was visiting someone who lived in that area so it was perfect for me, but if you are looking to do a lot of activities, they are not close by.

I highly recommend to not stay here , we had roaches , spiders , and other bugs inside our room . I stayed here with my wife and two small Children . The rooms are up to date just a lot of bugs . The worst part came when house keeping came knocking at our door over 5 times even after I told her I was checking out at 11 . The last time she came was at 10:55 and she said you got 5 minutes and insulted with racial names . I stayed quiet and kept my cool . I talked to management about it and it seem like they didn’t care . Will never stay at this location again!

The room was clean and comfortable except for the very loud heater. The tv was easier than most hotels. The grounds outside the room were dirty, full of trash and cigarette butts. The breakfast was adequate and the general area at check in was very clean. The personnel with one exception were sour and unfriendly. We had difficulty connecting with this hotel after our stay, called for two days and no one ever answered.
