Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We know the area so we knew the location was ideal. This guest house is perfect! It's new and clean with a nice layout. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable. We highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable, well located spot with with one issue

This was a great spot -- very clean and well-appointed. Easy walk to great restuarants. Close to both Denver and Boulder. Nice owner. Only issue is that internet would be fine and then drop out unexpectedly about 10% of the time. The owner said they have fiber optic connection, so no idea what the issue was, but happened multiple times on Zoom meetings. Would definitely stay again if not working.

Nice stay, great location

Perfect Place

We rented this wonderful house for the first time and could not have been more pleased! Not only was it exceptionally clean and comfortable, but the hosts were readily available if we had any questions. It is located within a short walk of Old Town Lafayette with several good restaurants and a lovely neighborhood coffee shop. We used it as our base for hikes in Rockly Mountain National Park and to have our daily breakfast at Morning Glory Cafe, which we love and anticipate all year long. It reallly is a highlight of our trip each year. We will definitely be back again!

Reconnecting

My husband & I spent 6 days here reconnecting with our adult son we’d not seen in over 2 years. Property was perfect: well appointed, nice outdoor sitting area, comfy beds. TV gave us a little trouble but I’m techno challenged :) Will stay again when we return. Lafayette is quaint town & location was ideal for walking to restaurants & shops. Thx to Jesse & Jessica

Great place to stay!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights while in Colorado visiting our son and daughter-in-law. The property is better in person than advertised. The pictures looked great, but it far surpassed what we expected. It was very clean and looked brand new. We had a few questions when we first checked in and Jesse was very quick to respond. T-Mobile service was pretty much non existent here so we had to rely on the wifi that had its issues at times. The only thing we would have liked that wasn't available was a toaster. Overall this place was terrific and we will definitely be back.
