I strongly believe Expedia should remove this property from its listings. This was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
I arrived on a Sunday night at 10:00 pm and was given incomplete and inaccurate instructions on how to access the building. I spent nearly an hour outside on the street trying different options, with no success. The phone numbers provided were not answered, and the instructions simply did not work. I did not leave only because I had nowhere else to go at that hour.
Eventually, a guest who was already inside — and didn't want to open the door — gave me additional information through the window that finally allowed me to get in. Calling the contact person (“Ross”) was completely useless; no one ever responded. Called several times.
The next morning, there was still no staff present, not even during the hours they claimed to be available. I genuinely felt that if I stepped out for a coffee, I might not be able to get back in. The key system did not work properly, and overall the entire operation felt disorganized and unreliable.
For the good faith of its customers, Expedia should seriously reconsider listing this property.
