「Venligt og imødekommende personale som hele tiden stod til rådighed for at hjælpe! Fx. var det ikke muligt at få en taxa til at køre os til togstationen, men så tilbød de at personalet kørte os - og vi fik i øvrigt mad med til rejsen. Tak for et dejligt ophold!🙏」

「Das Personal war hilfsbereit Besonders @Sara hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben und wird uns sehr positiv und als sehr sympathisch in Erinnerung bleiben. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Strand Der Kaffee hat dort gut geschmeckt Schöne Zimmer angenehmer Balkon netter Gastgarten Zusammengefasst es war perfekt! das einzige was gestört hat war der Lärm rundherum Menschen oder Motorräder waren noch oft bis spät in die Nacht ins Zimmer trotz verschlossener Türe zu hören, auch sehr früh am Morgen wurde...

「Hotel eccellente. Fronte mare, pochi minuti dal centro. Stanze molto grandi e pulite. Siamo arrivati con il cane e al check-in ci hanno offerto caffè e biscotti. In stanza abbiamo trovato un kit di benvenuto per il cane con cuccia, ciotola, giocattoli, biscotti, una ciotola portatile da viaggio e sacchetti. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione abbondante a buffet e buonissima. Ritornerò sicuramente in questo Hotel ogni volta che sarò nei dintorni di Sottomarina e Chioggia, è diventato il mio punto...

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
