The villa itself is very well appointed and has all the amenities to ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa is located approximately 1.5 km from the nearest cafe/restaurant and mini-market and 3 km from the nearest beach at Caneiros.

A small corridor off the sitting room leads to a twin bedroom with patio doors to the pool area, a double bedroom with patio doors to the pool area, a further twin bedroom, and two shower rooms. Staircase up to a double bedroom with a TV, patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the pool area and en suite shower room. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and living room at an extra charge if required.

The pool has a saline filtration system and measures 10 x 4,5 meters and has a depth from 80 cm to 150 cm.
There is also a kid's pool with a depth of 50 cm. Outside shower.
There are a basketball net and a small playground with a swing and slide.
