「No one at the reception counter when I came in. Dead cockroach on the floor near the reception counter. The road on which the hotel is located is very dirty.」

「During my stay, there was no Wi-Fi (broken down, according to the front desk), and worst of all, there was no urgency to rectify the issue. The room wasn't clean to my standards; the fridge was functional but turned off, and therefore, it was nasty. Flying bugs in the room. The shower head was short, and I had to squat to use it since the curtains didn't hold back water from spilling. Overall, is it a last-minute reservation for a 1-night stay after a long flight? Sure... anything else??? Find...

「I had a terrible experience in the apartment , the management were not professional, the staff did not knock before they entered my room. On the wabsite was free wifi and free breakfeast , the wifi didnt workand breakfest was serve for one person while the booking is for two adult, the manager never answered the phone called her several times, I moved 4 times from one to the other, Air conditional was not working ,the room was unbearably hot which inevitably cause an invasion of mosquitos...
