“Since the moment we checked in we were welcomed by Promise Samuel who is always so welcoming. We actually came to Continental Hotel because Promise works there. We followed him from a previous hotel and decided to stay at continental because he is friendly, efficient, and just a pleasure. The hotel staff were also all friendly. “The property was different from what they advertised on their site. I could not leave to go to another hotel, because I had paid for the room in advance and it would take six working days to get my refund. The room had an insect problem with a shower that flooded every time it was used. I cam there from the United States to get married, and I was embarrassed by the quality of the room that we had. The swimming pool area and bar area was neglected and needed love and attention. The internet……

“This is my 3rd stay at the Radisson in 4 years. The staff are excellent. Attendant to your needs with great hospitality. The maintenance culture of the Radisson comes through.
Overall, given the location, I would rate this as the best hotel in Lagos.
A shout out to couple of staff - Ikotu (hope I am spelling that right) and Moji. They are just a few of the excellent staff at the Radisson. ”

“The wheat baker staff are incredible, professional to a hilt and warm and friendly. I arrived in shock to realise that the swimming pool and gym were under reconstruction and the view from my executive suite was an active construction site. The Manager and front desk staff patiently explained that Expedia was aware and it was on their direct site. The only saving grace was the quality of the staff, at each touch point, it was warmth and understanding. In the end, I drew the drapes and kept them……
