“When we first arrived our sheets and pillows were dirty. We requested that they all be changed and they were pretty quickly. We also let the host know that the apartment did not match the description they provided. Which was a lake view apartment with private pool. We had neither. The room also didn’t match the photos showcased online, which featured a spacious living room and dining room with space for all 6 of our guests to sit. The space given to us only sat 4ppl. The host stated the photos……

Listing is not accurate: No hair dryer No shampoo No soap No kitchen island No desk, no laptop workspace (except the wardrobe extension is expected to double as a desk or ironing board in which case there is also no electrical outlet……
