“Clean room and friendly staff. Location is close to the trails, but a little noisy from the wind being on the north side of town. Lovely place to stay!”

“A high quality hotel in the area with comfy rooms and good shower facilities. Meals were ok, not "great" but adequate. The dinner is quite expensive, but if you don’t want to go out on a super windy night, dining at the hotel restaurant can save you a lot of hassle. Enjoyed our stay, and all the staff has been very friendly and helpful. It is also close to some of the trials in the area so that’s very nice, too.”

“Poor staff attitudes, Far from welcomjng and not keen at all on helping, we found reception and also breakfast staff rather unhelpful. We had free drinks per day with our booking yet was not told about them when checked in. When we queried it they were very evasive like it was a problem. We got them but it wasnt a welcoming experience. Had dinner at the hotel one night, average and again not the best service. For the quality and price of the hotel I would have expected far kinder and nicer……

“Had a wonderful stay! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful—they even accommodated changes to my booking despite it being non-refundable, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options, and the coffee was excellent (very strong—just how I like it!). The only minor issue was that the bathtub drained quite slowly, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, great value and service—I’d definitely stay here again!”

“We were not impressed with our stay here. We stayed for two nights and our private room was never serviced. When we arrived there was a yellow stain on the top sheet of our bed. We asked them to replace the sheet and they did, only to replace it with another sheet that also had mysterious stains. The bed did not have a fitted sheet but rather a larger top sheet that rested on the mattress which moved around as you slept, leaving you to sleep on the bare mattress. The bathroom had an awful smell……

“A casa super atendeu nossas necessidades, para quem quiser tomar cafe da manha, a casa tem todos os utensilios necessarios. A localizacao da casa é um pouco afastada, entao para quem esta sem carro nao é muito bom. Barbara foi fantastica, deu varias dicas de restaurantes, informacoes sobre as trilhas, praticamente uma guia. Fantastica! ”
