「property was good and clean, they provided breakfast which was pretty decent. Allan was very courteous and helpful.
Downside - We took a bus from elcalafate to elchalten. this apartment is 16-17mts walk from bus station - walking was not a problem but this was full gravel road so we had challenges to take our suitcases from station to this apartment. so recommend taking taxi from station if you stay here.
not giving 5 star because of distance from bus station. Also the staff that worked...

「A high quality hotel in the area with comfy rooms and good shower facilities. Meals were ok, not "great" but adequate. The dinner is quite expensive, but if you don’t want to go out on a super windy night, dining at the hotel restaurant can save you a lot of hassle. Enjoyed our stay, and all the staff has been very friendly and helpful. It is also close to some of the trials in the area so that’s very nice, too.」
