“Nous étions à Granada pour la Semana Santa. A notre arrivée, problème de chambre avec surbooking et chambre beaucoup moins bine proposée. Après négociations nous avons réussi à avoir notre chambre. L’hôtel est très chaleureux, avec patio centrale et piscine. Chambre avec bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande cet hôtel ”

“Really great place. It's just opened so everything is new and the environment cosy. Location is good and the promotional price I paid was excellent value with included breakfast and a nice 5-bed shared room with a decent bathroom. The WiFi was good and a coffee was a reasonable 35 as were beers at 50. Breakfast was included too and was decent also. A few recommendations would be more light in the bathroom as it is to dark to see the mirror and consequently shave and maybe some more lights in the……

“The staff was fantastic, all of them, but the main one was Cesar… he was quite the helpful man very knowledgeable of the area, took care of any needs that we had from taxis to even a breakfast at 3 o’clock in the morning to the airport… And the breakfast were very good as well. “Wow this place was amazing. Loved all the building colors, the plants, the pools. The room was spacious and the bathroom was perfect. A little dark, but better to keep the temperature down. Breakfast was copious and delicious! And the price was great I hope the new owners don’t ch age this by doing unneeded renovations!”

“Amazing customer service from reception and great access to the sights why being a little removed from hustle and bustle. The beds are firm so know that. ”

“Resort and view was very good, service and food poor. Attention to finer details was missing which would have made a big difference ... we stayed for 2 nights ... second night we were the only 2 guests and instead of being spoilt by extra attention, at one point I had to search in order to find one of two staff members working that night. Disappointing after an 8 hour travel from San Carlos to get there in the first place.”

“Very convenient location. Only one staff can speak English. I wish they put a doorbell in the front gate so they can hear that people are coming. They always lock the front gate and most of the time I have to shout to alert them that I’m at the gate. I wish they laundry the pillow cases, towels, and bed sheets so well, coz it smells musty. Breakfast is good. ”
