We had a wonderful time at the Hilton Vacation Club. The staff was friendly. Our room was modern, clean, and spacious. Great location with food trucks and Duke’s Beach House within walking distance.

This is great family friendly resort. Very close to a grocery store, Ka’anapali boardwalk and restaurants. Rooms views are great and the beach is fantastic.

Great Location. Plenty of Amenities and Activities. Staff nice but possibly understaffed. No staff offered smiles or that little extra you get from 4+ rated resorts but for the price, good value. Timeshare sales game always running in background was noticeable to me and somewhat takky (I was not there for presentation or owner just paid guest).

We reached during the storms, and were told the day before by the staff that all is well, so we did not cancel the trip. Although later we realized they had known about road blocks and staff taking off. When we called that we would be late as stuck in traffic block (flooding and damaged roads) and may not make it to the hotel since might have to stay on the other side of the road overnight, the best they came up with “we could waive off the late arrival fee”! The room was supposed to be “full ocean view” and we paid extra on Expedia for it — not partial but our room, although di’s have ocean and some hills view faced the air conditioning or some noise making machines from the balcony. They had advertised kitchen with stove, so we came prepared with groceries from Costco especially with the storm, they provide a small electric plate. Rooms are spacious and staff was courteous but housekeeping was once in 7 days. Their facility was flooded, parked on the road, mini golf soaking and pool/stairway etc closed yet we were charged $$$ for the resort fee. I wish as a Hilton property, they reimbursed for the inconvenience or at least did not charge for the resort fee as most of the facility was not usable, including elevators, that were mostly stuck and out of order. I expected more for the price we paid. They also do not provide any herbal/green tea bags like normally hotels do.

I was told i had a breakfast included in my room, but i did not. We wete here for two nights and the night we paid less for included the breakfast. When I complained, Marilyn said she would get me a voucher. When I went to the front desk to get the voucher, they said no.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved how we were sent text messages of any updates or information on daily activities. Looks slightly outdated but currently under renovation. The food and drinks were great. We Will stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. The view of the beach was a plus! The only thing that was a little bit disappointing was the room cleanliness, they were not the clean when we first got there. There’s still construction going on as well and some elevators weren’t working. Other than that it was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking around.

Spacious, clean rooms. The pool and slide were great for kids and the mini golf and activity centers were great ways to take a break from the sun during peak hours. The wi-fi was spotty in the room and the beach is somewhat rocky - great snorkeling but less apt for swimming with kids. Overall a great spot, with the food trucks and grocery store within walking distance. Would go back!
