The Ridge is a perfect mix of location, weather and amenities. I have stayed at the Ridge many times over the last 20 years and I am never disappointed. The staff at Kapalua vacations are so friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. Friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about all things in Kapalua.

The condo was so comfortable and had all the amenities.

The condo was so comfortable and had all the amenities. Most days we turned off the air conditioner, opened the louvers, and let the Ocean breeze waft through. The view was stunning. Once we saw dolphins from the Lanai. We enjoyed the pools on the property and close access to nearby beaches, there are many points of interest within walking distance. The Napili Farmers Market is a short drive away.

This was only our second time to Maui; we love the island! Last time we stayed in Kihei. This trip we thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Kapalua area (Ridge Villas property) as it was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We were able to walk to all of the beaches in the area and the boardwalk trail was great for morning runs. A few small details with our rental that we were disappointed with though. As we were unpacking the evening we arrived, we found the master bathroom was not cleaned at all from the last guests - we found some disinfectant wipes and cleaned it ourselves. The master shower was broken and we had to fix it a couple times (to stay in place on the rod) The kitchen is in need of some renos; aesthetically it's outdated but more importantly some of the cupboard doors and drawers were not operating properly or closing (broken/bent) THANK-YOU for having the spice rack! What a great idea! We do VRBO quite often and that was definitely a huge help to our cooking (and shopping savings!) Overall it was a wonderful vacation....it's not a matter of IF we're coming back but WHEN! : )

Always a 10 out of 10 ! We return to this condo every year at least once (sometimes twice) for a superb time that can be enjoyed no where else. It is always outstanding!! Outstanding situation: the great view from the very private lanai, the exquisite lanai garden with a beautiful plumeria and orchids, nearby pools and grills, easy access to all the great beaches nearby (via shuttle or short walks), the condo is beautifully decorated with wonderful art, ...too much to praise! Excellent in every respect !

We will be back! The view - I had to take photos of the view daily. Really appreciated having chairs and towels. Loved drinking french press coffee on the patio every morning - heaven! You can't beat staying at Ridge Realty. The condo was so clean, we had everything we needed and the views were priceless! Loved staying here - the little touches (having lotion and aloe were so helpful) made it even better!
