This property is very special ! We will definitely be returning to this unit. Location, is awesome. ABC store, food market, fish market, shaved ice, great breakfast spots, unreal sunsets ….every night! Views of Molokai, and Lanai. Don’t hesitate, book it now.

Perfect first trip as a family of three

Second time we’ve been to this resort. First, for our babymoon and now as a family of three. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Beautiful views, quiet and very conveniently located. The unit was well stocked, clean and very comfortable.

Great Stay

The unit is as advertised, right at the water. Nicely updated and comfortable for 2 people. The community is low key and feels more populated by return guests and/or owners; lots of people knew each other. No hotel vibe, so no food or drink service available. You hear surf 24/7, often loud! Saw whales while sipping morning coffee every single day. Would happily return.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the views. Great location and well maintained. Our only suggestion would be a bit more privacy as curtains did not offer much privacy. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our time at the Papakea and condo A206. The condo had everything we needed for our 10-day vacation, the location is perfect. We watched whales every morning off the Lanai while enjoying our coffee. I would recommend the condo to anyone wishing to have a memorable time in Maui.

We loved staying at the papakea resort! We could watch the whales from our balcony. Everything was clean and spotless. Check in and out was painless. The grounds were beautiful. Heated pool and hot tub was a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

You cannot beat the view and the room was excellent. Snorkeling right in front of the condo, turtles every day, king size bed, ac, washer dryer, 2 pools. Will definitely recommend

Unit was perfect. 2nd story with patio overlooking the ocean. Unit fully outfitted with everything for cooking, dining, and beach. Loved the on-site tennis courts.

Clean property steps from the water

This property was everything the listing says it is and more! It has everything you need for an incredible week in Maui. I contacted the property manager with a question and received a response within minutes. Great property and great management.

A great unit with amazing views. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed from bbq tools to cooler bags and beach chairs. Highly recommend this unit. Well suited for a couple as it is a studio but plenty of room inside.

Absolutely amazing stay

The lanai was amazing. We ate on it every morning and evening. The sunsets were amazing, and we saw whales every time we were out on the lanai. The pools were clean, the grounds were immaculate, and the activities were an unexpected bonus (I did the lei making). An ABC store and restaurants are within walking distance. If we are ever able to return we wouldn’t hesitate to book this studio again.

Papakea Paradise

We really enjoyed the brightness and privacy of the unit. Waves rolled in to the sea wall close to the condo. Unit was clean, towels were thick and the condo has lots of beach equipment. Pool and bbq’s were a short walk away. Overall a very nice unit in Papakea. Close to a bus route and restaurants.

5 stars except the curtains!! The curtains in the room are sheer and wake you up as soon as the sun rises. All I would suggest are blackout curtains

It was great to lie in bed & listen to the waves hit the beach right outside. True paradise!

Everything was great especially with all the beach items available to us in the unit. The location of the unit was nice & quiet being on the end building. The sunsets were lovely and the unobstructed view ideal. I only wish there were 2 comfy lounge chairs on the deck. The other missing feature is an on-site coffee shoppe or cafe, though there were walkable places near by. The property manager was more than attentive, checking in before & soon after we arrived to make sure all was ok. I recommend this place especially if you were interested in cooking in & not needing all the resort like features. I do believe the fees were excessive but that seems to be on par with Maui.
