Dated. Needs new mattresses and linens. Location was great. Awesome pool. Kitchen well stocked making cooking at home easy. Internet was very poor and tvs didn’t work. Had an issue and reached out to the property management company and they were very rude.

Great property! It was perfect for our needs and had a nice view of the ocean. The kitchen, dining, and living room area were a nice size. We really appreciated the extra single bed in the one bedroom.

Royal Kahana

The room was amazing! It was clean and had an awesome view of the ocean. There was space for our entire family, and the kitchen was perfect for preparing family dinners. It was more than we could have ever asked for.

Overall this rental was perfect for our trip! I loved the location in Maui, the staff at the resort and beach equipment included. After going to a beach at a much bigger resort that was incredibly busy, I was thankful to stay somewhere less big. I was able to walk or drive quickly to many things in town. My family appreciated the view, availability of beach equipment and the two nice spacious rooms. Our only complaint was that our dishwasher did not work. I emailed Epic directly instead of through VRBO (I forgot that I booked through them) and didn’t receive a response. This could have may have been resolved if I messaged througj VRBO instead of email. I wouldn’t judge the rental based on this, but it is worth messaging.

Maui trip for the Graduates

The condo was exactly what we were expecting and what we needed to make our trip to Maui a success. We did experience some issues with the washing machine, but the property maintenance and Epic Realty were so easy to get ahold of and did what they could to try and fix the problem without it hindering our stay. We appreciated the effort and the communication. Location was perfect, lots of places to walk to or short drives from the condo. Will definitely be back!

Lived our rental, perfect location and slept 7 people easily! Would highly recommend. Only downfall was that you couldn’t set thermostat lower then 76 degrees. Was a bit humid in condo

Relaxing Getaway

The host was very good with communication, the property was gorgeous and just as it looked in the pictures. We were walking distance from quite a few great shops but rented a car which I recommend doing for this location. Great community in the Area!

Maui vacay

We had the most amazing time in Maui! The condo was very spacious bigger than i thought it was going to be. Well equipped had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the sliding door it was a little loose so with the wind it made for a little more noise at night with the wind other than that it was amazing! Will definitely stay here again if we visit again

Hawaii Christmas

Our visit was amazing as always in Hawaii. The property itself needs updating. Also the unit we stayed in was nice enough but there were a few things we noticed on arrival. There was a small.tear in the couch cushion, missing piece or artwork on the wall, the guest bedroom.closet door didn't slide open fully, and the beach chairs they provided for use should just be thrown away they are so old and torn, it.would be better to not have any at all. Those things are pretty minor really, don't impact our stay. Biggest thing was the dust we noticed on the lower parts of furniture and under things., makes you wonder how well they clean other things. Tries.to contact the management to let them know about the issues so.we weren't charged and has to call them twice because they never returned my call. The rest of the visit was great and the property is right on the ocean with great views, saw whales jumping in the watet from.our lanai!

Great stay!

Had a great time staying here. It easily fit our party of 7, and was right next to the beach. All the beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. The kitchen came with all the basic spices, and general necessities needed to cook for all 7 of us. We ended up purchasing an additional pot for the vrbo. We would definitely book again!

Great place at decent price

This is a nice, basic condo N of Kanapali with short drive to stunning beaches. The beach here is eroded some but we enjoyed playing in the waves and lounging by the nice sized pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Good place if focus of trip is this area.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family of 5 just returned from a seven day stay at the beautiful SUPER CLEAN Condo, which is located in the Kahana Area of Maui. If you are looking for a CLEAN condo, this is it! I am super picky and this condo did not disappoint. The beach area is currently under repair but you can still have access to enjoy the beautiful Maui sunsets. The condo is fully equipped with beach chairs to use and washer/dryer which is super helpful. Before arriving, we stopped off at Costco near the airport and bought a case of water and light snacks to enjoy. Close by there is a small grocery store and a few eateries to enjoy. If you are looking for a CLEAN condo for your family then don't hesitate to book. The management team communication was efficient and seamless.

Enjoyed the stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was large enough and comfortable for my family. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. It also had in unit laundry which is a huge plus to a family of 6. The air cooling system was not working due to a storm that had happened before we came, however, the trade winds made it comfortable. We had flooding on our 2nd bathroom floor multiple times, but they maintenance came right away to look at the problem and brought us additional towels since we used ours to clean up the mess. They were very attentive and helpful. The balcony was a little crowded with a square table, 4 large chairs and 2 tall chairs. I think they could have opened it up a little with less furniture so you could enjoy the lanai more. Overall, the place was very nice, clean and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice easy beach access large condo

Nice condo with a good location. Condo was large and is was well stocked. The pool was great as was the beach access with great snorkeling right off the beach. My only complaint would be the lanai had WAY to much furniture to make it enjoyable. It was small and there were two tables and six chairs. The door of the master was not useable due to the amount of furniture. A nice outdoor spot to sit ans watch the sunset was something we really were looking forward to ans were very disappointed by the over crowding

Exactly as Pictured

This was a great location, very nice floor plan and many thoughtful touches like boogie boards and beach chairs in closet, to full size coffee and spices in the cabinet. The property had a nice pool, grills and tables facing the sunset...such an amazing view...and of course the beach was fantastic. The few maintenance problems were taken care of quickly and efficiently. We would be happy to come back!
