Noisy as we were right above the pool. Chose however due to 11 year old swimming! Others didn’t ...

The views are absolutely stunning

We were overcome with emotion at the beauty of Hawaii! This rental has amazing views of the ocean, the sunset, rainbows etc. Every morning the butterflies and some birds greeted us on the balconies. A few mornings some geckos were sunbathing on the railing. The maintenance of the main property is well kept and the staff on the grounds were very nice. The beach is a 1 minute walk away. We enjoyed the lawn chairs in the mornings and evening. The best thing of all, this place isn’t overcome with people like the larger resorts and its walking distance to many businesses. On the downside, both the washer and dryer were a joke. Washer left clothes sopping wet and the dryer left our clothes very wet after the 2 1/2 hr dry cycle the note suggested. Also, the 2 left sides of the toaster don’t work and the knives won’t cut through anything. There was also some mold in the shower along the inside edge where you open the shower door. All these things can be remedied easily. We ended up using the paid dryers in the laundry facility. These things did not take away from our stay and we were sad we didn’t stay longer. We wouldn’t definitely book again.

Best location on Maui

We loved everything about our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and so close to the ocean. It was everything we wanted.

Great condo in a wonderful location

Located within walking distance of great coffee, pastries, and the fish market while also having a beautiful view of the ocean, this condo has great amenities and all the comforts of home. This condo was the perfect space for 2 couples to share. The property management was quick to respond to texts.

Holiday in Paradise

The location is great, ocean and pool very close. The condo needs a through cleaning, floors and ceiling fans were filthy curtains and screens need to be cleaned Kitchen has a good supply of cooking equipment.

Nice view. Room #122

Location is exceptional. Only down side is no ac units in building. For a comfortable stay you can leave doors open. But mosquitoes are a problem on 1st level by pool. Couches need a deep cleaning.

Oceanfront! Excellent location in West Maui! Kitchen supplies need replace/replenishment. Unit would benefit from a facelift and some WD40.

Nice location, good value

This is a great condo with a beautiful view. Very budget friendly. Only complaint is the floors and shower are grimey. I probably wouldn’t have noticed but my baby was crawling and had black hands and knees after crawling on the floor. Doesn’t seem like the cleaners mop. Other than that I would return again.

A weekend getaway at Maui Paki

It was very hot especially at night. I called asking for 2 stand up fans for the master bedroom because at night it was hard to sleep even with sliding doors opened. It was very hot. Then the pull out bed in the living room was uncomfortable you can feel all the springs so I ask for a cushion foam to put over. No one came to delivered anything to us the whole week.

Don't Stay Unless You Like Night Time Pool Parties

Did not provide code to pool. Mold in Washing Machine, Outlet in Guest Bath doesn't work, overhead light in kitchen goes on and off, can here sprinklers going off and hitting metal sign every early morning, and worst of all, pool party noise all day into the night. Can't hear the beach over that. One guest even threatened to turn grill into a bomb when asked to keep things down. Security had to be called. I do NOT recommend this unit to anyone who wants a quiet relaxing stay, NOT worth the money!

Beautiful property!

We were very happy with our stay in Paki Maui 122! The condo was very clean when we arrived, well stocked with everything one could need, and just as beautiful as in the pictures. The rooms were both very large and open, and the bathrooms were both very nice. The kitchen was updated with appliances and beautiful granite countertops, well stocked with all kinds of dishes, pots, pans, etc and even had a pretty well stocked seasoning drawer which was nice to have when we grilled steaks and fish out by the pool one night for dinner. The best part was how close we were to the ocean, just steps away from the lounge chairs set up right next to the water. We really enjoyed having the two lanai's (one in living room and one in the master bedroom) which gave us wonderful views of the ocean and neighboring islands plus the ocean breezes (which you will need since the condo doesn't have a/c.)The sliding glass doors (as well as the front door) have screens on them, to help keep the critters out but let the breeze in. We did have a few little birds who would hop in and visit from time to time, and loved to sing to us in the morning right outside our porch. The condo was right above the pool & hot tub, which didn't bother us one bit. The staff were all nice and helpful, and the resort was located close to stores & just about anything you needed. There was also a food truck park just down the street where we had some great tacos one night. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return here again!

Waves are great

I rated this a 3 because we had a few issues with the unit. This condo is great in that it faces the beach and listening to the waves all night was awesome. The views of Molokai are great and during whale season this is a good location. Location of the unit in the building is ok. Right by the pool with a locked gate. Every time someone went through the gate there was a loud metal bang. When the pool gets crowded with kids it gets really loud so sitting on the balcony is a challenge. Conversation noise from people above and next to this unit was loud. Upon arrival, it took us about 45 minutes to get into the unit. The keypad did not work and we had to contact Vacasa several times to have key code reset. There is no one on property to help. Big drawback. The sliding glass door in the master bedroom did not close so we could not lock the door. No one to help fix so basically the unit was open the entire week. The in room safe did not work. We travel a lot and have used many safes. Vacasa gave us a new code and tried it several times but we could not set our own code. Beach access is very rocky. The park next door has a small beach but is crowded. and still has some rocks. Would we return? maybe when travel calms down a bit. We would stay at the same location just a different unit away from the pool.

Vacasa 122

Great condo with beautiful sunset views and crashing ocean waves. Oh, and the turtles and whales add to the excitement. Owners Varen and Dave wonderful hosts with lots of helpful hints. Can't wait to return!

Holiday happy time

I thought this property was nice location is great for those who love ocean but not the sand. Had lots of chairs to sit out and watch sun sets. The on site staff is very nice and friendly. Close to most things. Would be nice though to know how to walk to the boardwalk and hang out at the real beach. This property doesn’t have real beach. A public park next door but limited distance on beach. The bedding was dirty slightly pillows so sad bed not real comfortable but it is a rental so wasn’t expecting much. U Dated though and that was nice. Would be nice to have a tea kettle or at least list what is there. I bring my own coffee maker but not my kettle thinking there would be one. Great food trucks close by. A fun breakfast place called snappy cakes a must for good full breakfast. Would come back here just hope some one wash’s the bed skirts and remove the moldy curtain in second bed room.

Really great place in a really great location! Super central location, right in the middle of everything. Great pool and hot tub right on the ocean. Really clean and spacious, amazing views - highly recommend!

Vacation at PakiMaui 122

This was our first stay with friends at Paki Maul 122. It was an awesome vacation, a great condo, tremendous views, and a good beach. We swam with turtles, snorkeled with some beautiful tropical fish, and enjoyed all of many amenities that were supplied to us. An extra treat was meeting the owners of this condo, two wonderful people who provided many extra toys for us. We are already booked for another month next year. A five-star adventure!

As a family we rented 2 two bedroom condos right on the ocean, overlooking the pool. I cannot find fault with one single thing and would return in a heartbeat! It was a wonderful Christmas multi-generational vacation and my only informational call to Vacasa, the managing firm, was met with warmth and friendliness.

Great for the family

We rented 2 units for our multi generational Christmas vacation and were delighted with the condo, it’s cleanliness and condition, and everything that was provided. This unit has a washer/dryer in it which was invaluable! The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge and enough pots to cook family meals. The master has a queen size bed and, like the living room, overlooks the pool and ocean. You can see Molokai from the terrace and we could see whales breaching from time to time. The children loved seeing the turtles swimming right out front. It was a vacation all will remember.

Nice stay in west Maui

Great ocean view. Sounds of ocean 24/7 with 2 lanais. No AC but many fans. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. No beach access from property (rocky) but beach park steps away. Beach towels provided and NO other beach items (snorkel, chairs, cooler, etc)

Great condo, great view

Literally sitting above the lovely pool area with a lanai directly facing the ocean, watching the gorgeous sunsets between Lanai and Molokai. Couldn’t be any better. This is a beautifully modernized condo including granite kitchen and two bathrooms, washer dryer, safe, etc.
