「员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。
第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。
5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。
最后一天退房，前台居然没人。
总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。」

「My only complaint would be the 65 registration, I get the 22 daily resort fee (Vegas does that) but not the registration. Putting that aside the property is perfect, the beach is awesome, places where to eat and have a drink at walking distance. The parking lot under the roof is convenient and just steps from our room, totally silent at night. We didn’t use the pool but looked great.」

「The room and property was very clean! Full kitchen was great as well as outdoor BBQ's in close proximity to the rooms. The pool temp was perfect and pool was very clean. The hotel location was wonderful. So many things to do nearby. A lot good places to eat nearby and good codfee. The may outnof the property is perfect too so you can see the water. Staff is great but you hardly need to even talk to them because everything is great」
