Live directly on the Lahn River with a wonderful view of Lahneck Castle from the sunny southwest balcony. Use the house’s kayaks for free and explore the Lahn. Fishing, hiking, cycling, water sports, or exploring the amazing city of Koblenz (only 6 km away) – all of this can be perfectly enjoyed from this dream house. It is located in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Middle Rhine Valley, which has the highest density of historic castles and fortresses in the world. In front of the house, there are 3 private parking spaces for the holiday home. You can park your cars there. If you have bicycles with you, you can store them in the locked basement. Then you enter the house through the level of the bike/footpath at the private entrance and go through the basement one floor up to the ground floor. The entire house is privately booked by you. The house consists of three levels: Ground floor: Here you will find the wardrobe, a bathroom with shower/toilet, and a washing machine and dryer. 1st floor: Here you will find the living room, including a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, with an adjoining dining area that leads to a mostly sunny south-facing balcony with a direct view of the Lahn and the castle. A true dream. A fully equipped kitchen including a small seating area with a great view of the castle. A sleeping area (currently still semi-open to the living room) with a king-size 1.80m bed. Additionally, you will find another bedroom with a 1.80m bed and an attached bathroom with a toilet and corner bathtub. 2nd floor: WARNING steep and narrow stairs! This area is not suitable for older people or small children due to the stairs. Here you will find 3 beds: two single beds and a king-size bed with 1.80m. There is also another bathroom with a toilet. After booking, you will receive a code for the key safe from me. The entrance is completely autonomous and private.
