"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"Locatie is super. Kamers zien er nieuw uit en de bedden slapen echt heerlijk. Badkamer is super klein, tijdens het douchen sta je tegen d wc aan. Kamer was niet schoon, zaten koffie vlekken op de grond er er lag nog een gebruikte handdoek in de badkamerkast. Personeel was heel vriendelijk, communicatie ging via google translate, ze sprejen er geen Engels ."

"We really liked it to stay there. The area is just unique and the view from the terrace is amazing. The family there was so kind to us,we had also dinner with the hole family. "The view from our room was spectacular. Walkable to city center. Didn’t like that they allowed smoking in the balcony so we didn’t get to go out at the balcony and enjoy mountain air that much. Our neighbor smoked all day. Also staff at the reception were all over the place talking in loud voices didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel staff would do. "
