We have enjoyed our stay here. There is so much to do right in this area. There are all the amenities you will need, but if you a like us, we spend so much time seeing the sights, that we miss out taking advantage of all the cool stuff like the pool and activities area (with pickleball, volleyball, corn hole, etc), or the fitness center. We loved having beach access right across the street and the hotel offers rentals for snorkeling gear and towels. Convenient location right by the Polynesian Center. Beautiful, safe, cozy spot to stay. The staff is great

Excellent hotel on the North Shore that still has a Hawaiian flair, even if it is next to a McDonalds. It has been updated since i saw it years ago. Rooms are spaceous and clean, nice counter for incidentials, has a swing out desk / table that was super helpful. Staff were amazing, welcome.gift of choco mac nuts! The pool was warm and tropical. The hotel has water fill stations to save buying water and waste. The bistro was good. The hotel even had 'rainy day' games for use and a room opened for kids, useful as we booked in due tona storm and there wasnt much outdoor activities to be had. They even had Mrs Hawaii greet The Princess of Tonga, which was a cool highlight of a day. Thanks Marriott

The elevator was broken a few different times that .made my disabled wife have to walk alot further to other elevator. Other then that, staff was friendly and responded immediately to a few request we had.

Our air conditioning unit did not work, but the staff promptly replaced it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great with easy beach access as well as a beautiful pool area and fun amenities including volleyball and pickleball.
