「There was no hot water all the period of my stay, and despite reporting the issue to the administration, no actions were taken, no support was provided. WIFI, very slow After ordering your lunch or dinner the waiting time to receive your meals is between 1.5 and 2.5 h 」

「I messaged the property to inform them that I was going to arrive very late on Christmas Eve . That is when I got a shock of my life when they told me that they did not have any booking for me. I had booked and paid for a room for 2 nights many months ago ! What a shame !!!!! You spoiled my Christmas!」

Que ce soir Carol à l'accueil, le personnel au restaurant, Francis qui nous a fait faire le tour de la propriété et des jardins et les gars en cuisine, Georges, Patrick et il y en a un autre que son nom m'échappe. 「Kambi Mstuni is a great resort with friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The restaurant serves great food too. Will highly recommended it if you’re traveling to the Laikipia/Aberdares area. Will only ask the management to do regular maintenance to the murram road that connects it with the main road on the Makutano side since it’s a little rough to drive there when it has rained due to many potholes on it. Otherwise not a bad place to rewind despite the distance from the main road. 」
