“The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year. ”

“Great staff and very nice hotel”

“Rooms are basic and in need of modernising and decorating - old and dirty, and the doors are very insecure. Service is terrible, most staff are very slow and indifferent, assuming that is you can actually find them. Drinks take an age to arrive and you have to ask several times. If you are looking for cheap and cheerful then the hotel is ok, but it is not somewhere i would choose to stay again. ”

“Check in went poorly as there was some confusion regarding a change in meal options. Then the room we were put in had a leaky A/C unit so we were moved to another room which we then had problems with the door lock. I have to say that with all of these minor problems they were rectified very quickly. I was surprised to find there was no refrigerator in the rooms but I should have checked the facilities provided. I dont know why they provide a tv when there in nothing you can watch on it and not……
