“Die Anlage ist wunderschön, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, die Gebäude/Restaurants, Zimmer und Pools sind toll und in gutem Zustand. Das Essen war lecker, auch relativ abwechslungsreich. Das Einzige was gefehlt hat, war frischer Fisch am Buffet. Es gab immer nur Fleisch und/oder Gemüse. Zur Abwechslung kann man in die beiden a la carte Restaurants, das Essen hier war ok, bzw. lecker im „Fine dining restaurant“ Was jedoch total enttäuschend war, ist der nicht vorhandene Strand bei Flut. Es gibt……

“We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you. I fell in love with Mombasa, Kenya and this was my second time visit within two months time frame. We got there around 2am due to the late flight schedule. When we got to the front desk, it literally took 10 minutes for someone to come out and help us check in. The guy looked like he just woke up and he was very disoriented.
