"Staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. When we first checked in Aaron's enthusiasm was infectious and it started our weeks break off perfectly 😊 in the restaurant Lexi & Belinda were sweethearts and made sure we had everything we needed. 🍽️ Food in the restaurant was fabulous 😍 tried different items on the menu throughout the week and everything was delicious 😋 never a bad meal and we had breakfast and evening meals in the hotel/restaurant. Rooms were clean & functional so a big thank you to housekeeping. Would definitely return!"

"A lovely guest house, with a very pleasant and accommodating owner. Our room, although fairly small, was clean and comfortable. We were given access to a lovely sitting room and, as we were the only guests staying at the time, we really appreciated that we could just put our pj's on and relax in front of a roaring log burner. To add to the experience, we were told to help ourselves to some lovely single malt whiskey, which was a lovely touch. Only one of us drinks alcohol and I really enjoyed the 'wee dram'. Breakfast was excellent, complete with home-made jams and marmalade. We opted for a lighter breakfast of eggs, from the owners chickens which were lovely. After days travelling and indulging in the full Scottish breakfast, a simple breakfast was a real treat. We would highly recommend the guest house. Thank you."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location with the option of some parking spaces or on-street parking which is free between 5pm and 10am. Our room was modern, bright and well appointed. We had a room at the front of the property with a good view of the harbour and hills in the distance. Overall a very enjoyable stay."

"The room was spotless, we were giving a very warm welcome when we checked in . We only stayed 1 night and the only meal we had was breakfast. But what a breakfast, bacon sausage, fried egg, haggis , black pudding , mushrooms, fried tomatoes, tattie scone and hash browns. I would recommend this hotel to Anybody as it was very well priced for all that we got ."
