「If this cabin were 300 a night, it would have gotten 5 stars. But for almost 1000/night, the value just isn't there. Everything inside was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were a bunch of games in the cabinet, and the backyard was gorgeous. However, the cabin itself is nowhere near as nice and polished as other places in that price range. The screen doors were broken making it impossible to enjoy some fresh air without a house full of bugs, the faucet in the upstairs shower didn't...

「We had such a wonderful stay at Koti! I can't recommend it enough. The location is perfect, just close enough yet far enough from downtown Traverse City. The beautiful woods and river behind the property made us feel as though we were staying in a tree house! Loved it!」

「Visited Traverse City with my family for Labor Day weekend. Property was very nice. A bit of a drive (6 or so miles) to downtown Traverse City but not horrible. On the main bike path. Meijer grocery store close by. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Check-in/check-out was easy. The only negative was the Yale lock. It was a struggle getting it to wake up and accept the access code. We figured it out but others may struggle. I would recommend. 」
