Head just out your door to explore the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options in the village. Enjoy a host of nearby outdoor activities and adventures in this idyllic mountain environment. Take the family for a scenic hike at Heart Rock 10 miles away. In winter months, spend the day on the slopes of Snow Valley, less than 15 miles away, or visit Snowdrift Snow Tubing Park, just one mile before the ski mountain. After days of alpine exploration, return for a splash in the complex pool or a soak in the hot tub.

Unwind into vacation mode in the contemporary living area, featuring a sofa bed, armchairs, and soaring cathedral ceilings. In the evening, get cozy by the gas fireplace and settle in to watch a movie on the 70-inch TV.

Let your culinary skills shine in the gorgeous kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a farm sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. THINGS TO KNOW
The pool is unheated and open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through the beginning of October. The hot tub is open year-round. Availability is subject to change due to extreme weather conditions.
Elevators are not available.
Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Extremely Traumatic Experience
Be very careful when lighting the gas fireplace in this unit. I am not a stranger to using a gas fireplace...I have one in my home. When I lit this one a huge fireball erupted which caused burns to my face and hand. I lost quite a bit of hair, 1 eyebrow & eyelashes. Additionally the laminate flooring is badly damaged due to an apparent water leak. It has buckled as high as an inch in some areas. My 6yo granddaughter cut her foot on one of the planks which basically ruined our trip to Santa's Village as it hurt her to put her shoe on. Also, although the unit was very clean the toilet paper roll in the upstairs bath had been soaked with what appeared to by some cleaning solution (a purple/pink liquid). When we called the management company to request a new roll we were required to take a picture and send it to them to prove it was dirty. It took 2 hours before they responded. In most reviews left on line customers complain about the entry access information be incorrect. It still is...after months nothing has been done to rectify this. It was annoying after a long car ride, standing in the cold to struggle to understand how to enter the property. and it garage. The hot water in the upstairs bath would run intermittently (very cold to very hot)

Village Bay Condo
We were given the incorrect gate code to be able to enter the property. A frustrating way to begin our visit. Luckily we found another tenant that helped us out. The bathroom vanity needed to be wiped down upon arrival. Towels could use some updating. Some dust bunnies floating around. Hopefully these things can be addressed and improved for the next tenants. Thank-you!

amazing getaway
We went to Arrowhead to celebrate my birthday this weekend. The original date was in the beginning of March, but due to extreme weather conditions in the area Vacasa very kindly offered us to re-schedule our trip so we would be safe. We been to Arrowhead a few times before but very long time ago. We were pleasantly surprised how beautiful the area looks and how developed the infrastructure is there now. The Village Bay Heaven is right in the middle of everything ! The location is just perfect. Walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops, the lake, and the brewery. Vacasa sent us details about our trip a few days in advance. We had a minor problem as we received wrong code for the unit's door, but we obtain the correct code immediately when we called Vacasa. The unit is super spacial and beautiful with amazing lake view. We did not cook, as there were so many great restaurant to explore, but the kitchen had everything what you might need for cooking. The unit was very clean when we arrived. It happens to be that the weather was still very cold and it took quite a few hours to warm up our unit. We want to mention absolutely wonderful manager - Denelle- who helped us on the second day of our stay to feel very comfortable in our unit. She met with us twice, first to assess and discuss a few things that we need it in the unit and then a second time to drop the missing things. We feel very happy with our little get away and want to thank Vacasa and specifically Denelle for making our trip very safe and wonderful. We are looking forward to come back to the same unit in May. Great Location!
The condo is modern and clean. The view of the lake is wonderful. What a treat to walk out if the complex and into the Village. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The key code does not work. Extremely frustrating after traveling. Coffee maker did not work, and no hand towels. Was disappointed.

I was given the wrong code to enter the apartment altho I noticed that they changed the code later which did not help us anyway. We have to use the spare keys finally after so many attempts, they told us about it. Water takes a long time to give us hot water. Overall, we will stay again because we now know the property. The staff is very helpful and polite. Thank you.
