"We had a terrific stay in Burlington!! The house was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed for our weekend trip to visit with our UVM senior. We appreciated the off-street parking, and the location was very convenient, just an 8-minute walk to Church Street/Main Street to meet our son for lunch and multipe dinners. It is equipped with anything and everything you could need, should you forget something!! Would definitely return!!!"

"Good location within walking distance of Church Street Marketplace, ECHO center, and the Burlington bike path. Also an easy drive to/from the airport. Very clean apartment with everything we needed. Also of note, we both commented that we thought the mattresses here were really comfortable. Not much of a lake view from the house, but it is a quick and easy walk to the marina and the path. Rolf gave us good suggestions for trails and hikes to check out, but we didn’t get a chance to do them since we were just in town for a quick two night stay with a 12-month old. We really appreciated having a pack n play and baby booster seat to use. We did have to buy a baby gate to keep our very busy baby away from the stairs at the entrance, but that wasn’t a big deal. We left the baby gate behind in hopes other parents staying here might find it useful. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Burlington!"

"Close walking proximity to restaurants and brewery. We loved the access to the bike trail. Unit was clean and well equipped for our needs. Beds were super comfortable. Was pleased to have coffee and tea furnished. One aspect of the property that renters should be aware of is the very steep incline between the street and the driveway. We had a standard 4-door sedan, and scraped a couple of times despite best efforts to angle in and out."
