“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. It's walking distance from everything ( great food and shopping). This hotel has a restaurant that's awesome! The breakfast is a must and the drinks and dinner was excellent! We didn't have lunch here but I'm sure it's great. The staff is so hospitable! Valentina and Deborah ( I only remember these names but everyone was good) made us feel so welcomed there. We planned a boat trip and it was supposed to rain a little that day.
