"Excellent hotel. Clean and quiet room with a lake view. Very comfortable bed. Slept better throughout our vacation there than at home. We stayed during a heatwave and the room had excellent air conditioning. Helpful and friendly staff. Plentiful and varied breakfast. Location great as a few minutes walk from both the main train station and bus station. Cannot fault anything during our stay and If we visit the area again we would definitely stay here."

"Beautiful and spacious room with all amenities our young family could need. Kind and friendly staff that spoke excellent English to complement our rusty German! Gorgeous spa and pool facilities. My children loved the free popcorn and apples, and it was wonderful to be able to refill our water bottles in reception. Perfectly located in Friedrichshafen. We would love to visit again in future!"

"A beautiful old hotel in the heart of the pedestrian part of the town. You do have to walk up a steep hill or many steps though if you go down to the lake! My only criticism would be there is absolutely no fresh air in the bedroom, I realise it's an old hotel so I'm not sure how you would change that..... The car parking is also a bit of a walk from the hotel, but you can unload before going to the parking area."

"The staff were excellent , very polite and helpful The room was very large and comfortable . My only criticism was the AC , not able to cool the room although they were kind enough to provide a portable fan The breakfast was very good , the Bakery next door was handy and a few eating places nearby The bus stop is only 1 minute away and a 10 min walk to a swim park where you can swim in the lake or use the outdoor pools for 6 Euro"

"The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but staff helpfully supplied a kettle when requested. Hotel was a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the river to the old town and public transport options are also available, A very pleasant stay."
