"The property was severely ran down, the lady working was rude and the room was gross. The heater ran all night and was noisy. The sheets were stained and the pillows had a musty smell."

"Hotel was hard to find, no lights on signage or in lobby building. At checkin the card machine was broken. No explanation of amenities, hot spring pool location (again with no lights) and was not clean. Room had broken lights, FIRM mattress and broken shower towel rack. Mold growing in cracks of shower curtain. This place has charm, but needs a little work in the hospitality department."
