“Good location (right next to castle entrance) and good service”

“Enjoyed staying at Hotel Serenella very much. Little bit difficult to get to as it is located in a pedestrian area of Sirmione, but worth the effort. The pool was great, and liked having both breakfast and drinks in the garden. Walked to restaurants and the ferry. Sara was amazing. She helped us with transportation to Verona during the rail strike which relieved our stress and allowed us to enjoy our time. ”

“Nydelig hotell rett rett ved Gardasjøen. Store fine rom med balkong ut mot bassenget og utsikt over Gardasjøen. Meget vennlig personale. Vi ble oppgradert til en familiesute og var strålende fornøyd. Bra frokostbuffet og fint uteområde med 2 basseng. Gratis parkering innenfor låste porter.”

“Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The cleaning staff were excellent the room was clean and tidy every day . The reception staff always helpful , they helped book restaurants and did everything they could to make your stay enjoyable . The spa is fantastic , lake view rooms amazing breakfast plentiful and delicious . Lake Garda is stunning i absolutely adore it there . I would stay there again in a heartbeat. ”

“飯店位置好找，有停車場，對面就是湖，有湖邊散步步道，入住四人房，內有浴缸，但位置在一樓沒有面湖陽台，頂樓有住客可以去的面湖陽台，有健身器材，飯店有私人泳池，早餐挺好吃，步行到老城約20分鐘，服務人員都親切微笑，會主動打招呼關心，英語流暢”

“Super Parkplatz – besonders praktisch, dass man einen eigenen Platz direkt am Strand mit Liege hat. Das macht den Aufenthalt wirklich entspannt! Das Frühstücksbüffet war toll: große Auswahl, frisch und lecker. Perfekter Start in den Tag. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top – direkt an der Promenade, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Absolut empfehlenswert!”
