"The hotel is great, clean and convenient, well equipped, just a short walk from the airport. No complaints there, we always love to stay here. The service at the front desk on the other hand, not so good the day we arrived. The poor guy was alone and there were lots of people waiting, it took forever. Impossible to ask a question, he was obviously overwhelmed. The restaurant was also a big disappointment. We stayed there several times over the years and always remembered a good meal and service there. This year they changed the way it works. No more waiters to order, you need to do everything online with a QR code. We waited ages just to get drinks, they have the very minimum people to bring dishes to you. Not the kind of service you expect from a hotel of that level."

"I was extremely happy with this Hotel. The room was immaculate. Not clean, immaculate. The staff was fantastic – helpful, polite, etc.. The location is the absolute best. Almost any thing you want to see in Geneva is no more than 10 minutes walking. The free bus, taxis, and rental bikes are also nearby. The one thing that sets it apart is that there is one ironing board and iron for the floor and I was there on business so that was a little different than a normal hotel. Also, it would be great if there would have been a little more variety of bar food menu. But the beers were great. Overall, an exceptional experience!!"

"A great place to stay if you have to overnight before flying out of Geneva Airport. As is appropriate for a Budget hotel it provides simple rooms as a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and functional with the comfortable bed and a reasonable view out the Window. (NB: The higher the floor you can get for your room the better.) I stayed two nights and made the 10 minute walk to a Co-op shop for provisions. What could be better. - Lack of signage on the walk from the Passenger Terminal to the hotel. A solutoin would be to provide a Google/Apple link which one can put into one's phone for guidance on walking to hotel."
