Our one bedroom, one bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 5 comfortably and has all the basic necessities and then some!

The kitchen/dining area is stocked with the essentials and everything you need to enjoy some quieter meals at home. Lots of plastic diningware as well and a high chair/booster for the younger crowd!

The bathroom has linens, toiletries, and paper products for your needs.

The bedroom features a brand new memory foam king mattress, streaming tv, and a pack 'n play.

The living room has an additional TV with Spectrum cable and streaming services, Wii/DVD player, and a gas fireplace to warm you during the winter months.

Designed with young children in mind, the common space has a twin bed with additional trundle, a guard rail, and toys and books.

Safety measures at the condo include a smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, nightlights throughout, cabinet locks, baby gate, and outlet covers.

The concrete patio features exterior lights and seating for four- the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset!

We are nestled up the hill from the shore of Lake Como, a brief walk to The Lodge(formerly The Ridge), minutes to Lake Geneva, Williams Bay, Delavan, and more! Enjoy the association pool and splashpad in the summer months, and snow sports in the winter!
