There was a dog barking in the room next door and someone walking very loudly above us and we let the front desk know and it was corrected immediately.

The reason I gave 2⭐️ is because the week of the wedding the owner called several people that were in the wedding or attending it and told them they had to cancel their reservations due to “construction” or he told them he over booked! He was in fact quite rude about it! This was very upsetting to us and our guests!! So just a word of warning, maybe go to the hotel in Mukwonago.

The water in the shower did not drain but instead accumulated around the toilet making the entire floor wet and slippery. This could help explain the mold on the bathroom wall. The drywall was coming apart in the corner of the room and the carpet was burned by an iron. This place is a dump!

My stay at [hotel name] was fantastic! The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was great, and I had no issues with hot water even during the cold weather. The staff was excellent, making sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend of concerts at Alpine Valley. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They organized a for pay shuttle round trip to the concerts. The rooms were dated but clean. I would stay here again due to great staff and close location relative to Alpine.
