Boasting perhaps one of the best locations in the City of Lake Geneva, guests will enjoy a front-row seat to the lakefront with immediate access to all the town attractions. Relax on the spacious front deck with your favorite cocktail and watch the tour boats come and go from the riviera, and then walk right across the street to the public beach once you are ready to take a dip. Featuring comfortable accommodations for a group of up to six, this completely remodeled lower level flat is a great option for friend groups and families alike. A full bathroom, an extra sleeper sofa in the living room, and a spacious kitchen ensure a convenient, smooth stay. This is your chance to cross off everything on your Lake Geneva bucket list with one phenomenal location! Planning to bring a larger group of up to 14 guests? Consider booking the upper unit, "The Upper Deck" as well!

*This listing is for the lower level only, so some muffled noise might be possible from the upper unit. We ask guests to please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

Perfect location with all the amenities. Only two concerns are a cracked arm chair in the living room and the pull out couch would not go in the way it came out. For 6 people, 3 beds would've been ideal. We made it work and we had a blast. The deck and view was gorgeous!
