The exterior of the hotel could use some work. The room was very nice and well maintained and clean. We loved the coffee in the lobby, and the breakfast was really good.

The room was clean and big and very comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant which had tasty standard fare. The included breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot choices. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Ft Ticonderoga.

The hotel was clean but needs updating. It felt a little like a time warp to 1996. The breakfast offerings were varied enough but the food was school-cafeteria quality at best. The staff was elusive. The in-hotel restaurant was fine but way over-priced.

Breakfast was just okay. Looking forward to making waffles which they advertised, but they didn't have a waffle maker. The Lobby 24hr coffee machine was fabulous - probably 15 different types of coffee, latte etc.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was run down. Our room key didn’t work forcing us to get a key from the front desk. There were inadequate outlets. There were too few bath towels. The breakfast was mediocre. The bathroom lighting above the mirror was inadequate.

Main desk was very rude. My room at a sound coming from smoke detector that was irrating and the room temperature was hard to control. No housekeeping service without asking but there was no clear indication that that was the case. The restaurant was terrible.

Very nice rooms, nice breakfast, nice swimming pool. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights, and the hotel is not cheap, so I was taken a little aback that there as no.maid service on Sunday - no new towels and such. We wanted coffee pods for the next morning, and that took us a while to hunt down. Other than that, a great base for exploring Fort Ticonderoga!

Would have been helpful to know that the town closes down at 8pm every day. Not much to do after 6pm. List of places to eat helpful but not when the list includes Mon/Tue closed restaurants when we are staying there Mon/Tue. Staff is pleasant. Limited food at restaurant on site. Probably won't return to stay again. Boring!
