“Nice property but the beds are terrible, hard as a rock. I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on the floor. Only stayed one night and was glad for that. Reaching property manager was difficult, took 4 hours to respond with a non draining sink.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Breezy Hills! It was great to have such close access to both the Paul Bunyan Trail and Lake Bemidji. The large patio overlooking the lake was a wonderful place to relax, read a book, and visit with friends. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having two bathroom sinks was very convenient. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. She loved wading and swimming in the lake, and the nice, big yard gave her room to explore.Bemidji happened to be under an……

“This was our 3rd time at this property, and booked again for next year! Our group consisted of 9 adults and 4 children ages 8, 8, 9, and 12.Kelly, our host was always available with any questions we had. Accommodations and location are excellent for our large family. Large open home allowing private space for reading and relaxing if a little down time was needed. The beach area is the favorite. Grandkids spent hours digging in the sand, fishing, and swimming! We caught enough fish before the……
