New 3-bedroom A-frame, ranch home on private Queensbury property

"This is a lovely house set back in secluded, wooded area on a spacious property. Gorgeous patio and view along with a firepit and hot tub. A private oasis in the woods. We had 5 in our party, but the house can accommodate more with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The downstairs suite was perfect for the teen traveling with us. The living and dining areas were spacious and great for socializing as a group. We took full advantage of both the fire pit and the hot tub. We saw deer and wild turkeys with chicks during our stay. Also, a great value compared to properties that are closer to the lake. The property is not directly on Lake George but is still any easy commute to the Million Dollar Mile and the Village. You will need a car, but Beans is close by for supplies or you can head over to the Hannaford which is about 15 minutes. We were in town to visit family nearby, so it was convenient to Queensbury destinations and the lake, but it felt like a vacation due to the acreage and lovely property. The whole family commented that we should rent it again in the future!"

"The quality of the furnishings, bathrooms, towels, outdoor grill, kitchen with appliances, dishes, pots and pans was excellent! The beds were comfortable, the view spectacular and it was very comfortable. The game "room", firepits and mini playground were wonderful. The check in and check out process were extremely easy. My only comments for possible improvement: directions on using the hot tub and address the smell in the downstairs family room & bedroom (maybe mold?).It is a FABULOUS place. Thank you"

"Cozy Lakefront Gem – Great for Work & Play!We had a wonderful stay at this charming property. While the house itself is on the smaller side, it is incredibly well-laid out and functional, with every space utilized perfectly. The absolute highlight of our trip was the outdoor space. There is nothing quite like taking your morning coffee out by the edge of the lake—it was the most peaceful, scenic way to start each day. Likewise a perfect way to end a day full of activities was relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying the peaceful lake sitting around the fire pit. As someone who needed to log a few hours of remote work during our stay, I was incredibly impressed by the Wi-Fi. It was fast, reliable, and easily handled video calls without a glitch.When we weren't working or by the water, we enjoyed our time spent in the converted garage game room, especially on a rainy day! Having that extra separate space was a massive bonus and gave us plenty of room to spread out, relax, and have some fun.The house was very clean, well-stocked with newer items and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Rustic and quirky log cabin next to the pond. Excellent communication with the hosts. Pictures are representative of the property, it is older, but has everything that you need. Host have also provided thoughtful touches such as s’mores fixings to use at the terrific campfire and dog treats and dog towels for when your pet finally gets out of the lake! We spent a ton of time inside the screened in porch, enjoying that nice space and the beauty of the lake."

"My family and I booked the cabin near Hadlock pond and we had great quality time. The view of the pond every morning is beautiful. The host was warm and very quick to respond to questions. The house has literally everything- Cutlery, washer/dryer & cozy couch. Plus point it’s pet friendly. The cabin had lot of green space and fire pit. The game room was just the best. There is also a pathway to access the pond. I would definitely recommend this spot to others who are looking to decompress and have quality time with friends and family. It’s 15 mins drive to lake George and Glen falls where lots of good restaurants are located."

"We had a wonderful time at the Lakefront Lookout! The house was very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The lake was peaceful and serene, with plenty of seating to hang out on the dock or deck. The downstairs game room was so cool, and so much fun! We were initially a little concerned that there wouldn't be enough to do in the surrounding area, but once we got to the house we didn't want to leave! Great house, great time, would highly recommend!"
