Thank you for your feedback. We would like to address the issues mentioned in your review. First, we are sorry if you encountered someone who was rude. We apologize for that and will address it immediately, as this is not acceptable. Pocono Mountain Rentals want our guests to have an Amazing stay and we communicate with them after booking, so they can be prepared. In reviewing your reservation, you arrived on a Thursday and checked out on a Sunday in June. You called our office number directly after booking on 2/17/2023 with a question. We emailed you on 2/17/2023 a List of Items to Bring to Gobblers Knoll and Toilet Paper and Paper Towels were listed as items to bring extra, along with other items. We also listed Items that come with Gobblers Knoll, plus local grocery stores to purchase any items. We emailed you a copy of your signed Occupancy Agreement on 2/17/2023 and this information was repeated in the body of the email, as well as how to contact PMR while staying at Gobblers Knoll. The contact information is also posted on the refrigerator door. Guests should call Guest Services- Option 3 and if they receive a message after hours, they should leave their name and number and it gets picked up by on call staff. We are in the office Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. There are no records that you called the office Thursday after arriving or anytime Friday to let us know there was an issue with the refrigerator temperature or air conditioning. We could have sent maintenance out to the property to fix, if there was an issue. #3 of the signed Occupancy Agreement states, The Guest(s) is responsible to report any damage or problems with the Property to Pocono Mountain Rentals. The Guest(s) will allow PMR to correct any issues with the property. We reviewed work orders received and entered during the time of your stay and there were no phone calls from Gobblers Knoll. We also reviewed the reservations that took place immediately before your rental and the back to back after your stay and we received no complaints about the refrigerator or air conditioning or fans. Gobblers Knoll is a very popular property with guests and offers wonderful amenities. If there was an issue, we wish you would have called the office to report it, so maintenance could have come out to check on it. Best Wishes.
