Weekend on the lake

This was a great property, close to the lake so easy access to the marina. Nicely designed house with open floor plan which allowed us the space to enjoy hanging out. We had a group of 7 and were able to spend time in the pool and enjoyed cooking and eating together as well. Managers communication was efficient and notebook made the stay easy so we didn’t have any questions.

We liked the property. Once the manager figured out and got the pool fixed it was great. Patio around the pool needs some updating as all is peeling but nice set up. Wished we were closer to things to walk to. Had to drive to everything. All and all we made our own fun and enjoyed the stay.

GREAT STAY ONCE AGAIN

This is the second time we've stayed at Casa Ranchito and once again we really enjoyed this house. In my opinion the location is fantastic, on the lake side of the highway, the views from the viewing deck are fantastic and this house is in a word, comfortable. I highly recommend this VRBO!

This home worked perfectly for our group. Each couple had their own room with TV. We enjoyed the back patio during the day relaxing and in the hot tub in the evening. Location was a quiet neighborhood not too far from all the local hotspots. London Bridge was a great attraction. There was always something to do in Havasu!

Very nice house. Owner easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. Accomodations were very functional. Only issues we had were lack of cleaning supplies to wash floor and the internet freezing up when trying to stream TV programs particularly basketball games We were there for a whole month and had a nice stay.

Lovely Property but needed much TLC and upkeep

I understand desert wind but the exterior of the property was so dirty with leaves and dirt it couldn’t have been swept and cleaned in a long time. The pool decks paint was all chipped. The grill outside and the oven apparently had never been cleaned. The living room furniture was worn and stained and the back guest room and master carpets were terribly stained. I bought carpet cleaner for some as I was so embarrassed when friends were coming for a couple of days. I’ve stayed in many nicer homes for half what I paid for this in Scottsdale and Surprise and have never done a bad review. This could be a wonderful property with just some care and attention to detail.

Great Floorplan and Excellent Location

We stayed at Casa Ranchito this past weekend and I must say, this is my favorite VRBO we've rented so far. The loacation on the lake side of the 95 is excellent. Perfect for us since it was close to our boat storage and not far from the launch ramp. This house also has an amazing layout and it was perfect for our group. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge and the beds were comfortable. While it was too hot and humid this past weekend to spend much time outside, the backyard is fantastic and I wish we could have spent much more time out there. The only negative feedback I have is that the house wasn't as clean as I think it should have been upon our arrival and there were a few things that weren't provided like wash cloths and extra paper towels but these were minor issues. Overall we had a great experience and I would certainly rent this home again.

Excellent rental for family. Great location to make use of water sports from State Park. Facilities at home are great, kitchen, pool, spa, all top notch. Only minus (minor) was internet service, seemed to cut out and did not stream to TV well. Our extended family of nine had a very enjoyable time here.

Family spring break

Owners are amazing, and responsive, place was clean and decorated nicely. Pool didn’t heat up until Friday of our stay, the day we left. The temp in the house was too warm at night set at 74 with a lock so couldn’t adjust for sleeping comfortably. Great place for families to unwind for a week.

Living Large

Everything from the doors when you first walk into the house down to the tv's are huge. It's all very spacious when being occupied with several people. I actually could avoid my mother in law for days. The neighborhood is very quiet and respectful. People are very friendly to us while walking.
