Great experience!

Can’t recommend enough. The house was great, better than the pictures. Good neighborhood, easy street access. It was just what we needed for the weekend.

Havasu

Overall not bad, towels were left in dryer, bunk bed was not secure to wall leaving a piece of L shaped metal sticking out I felt the house was not as clean as said I realize it is dog friendly but the house could definitely use a good cleaning, also a few more kitchen items could be helpful mixing bowls coffee cups etc.

Nice house but needs work

Communication with property owner was great. They responded quickly and helped with our needs. House is close to lake but on a busy street so be prepared. Great open floor plan. The issues we encountered was the cleanliness. I had a hard time believing any cleaning was done. Backyard table had large chunks of food on it, kitchen counter had sticky pink substance, walls were terrible with finger smears of something, footprints and just general filth, mattresses in guest bedroom had urine stains on them, someone’s dirty underwear was left. I could go on. It made me very uncomfortable. I ended up spending my time cleaning and washing sheets, towels, dishes and utensils. They did refund me my cleaning fee but that experience put a damper on our stay.

Property was very accommodating to our group of 8, more than enough space Very clean all basic need are available. Was an extremely hot weekend house was cool every time no ossues with ac, host are pretty generous with their cooling ranges. We ate out most every night, it was nice that the house location is str It is on a main street so street parking is not feasible. The driveway can easily accommodate 3 to 4 cars. We had the boat and trailer just the first night we were able to get it off the side of the driveway in gravel easily. Would stay here again
