It is situated on the south side of Lake Havasu, conveniently located within .05 miles of one of Havasu's finest Supermarkets, fine dining, boat and ATV dealerships and is less than 5 minutes from the new Rivera boat launch and marina.

Keep in mind the Pool is not heated, however temperature of water is generally within 10-15 degrees as the air temp. With air temps rising to 110-115F you with be able to cool off comfortably in a nice clean pool. A smaller pool for the little ones is available upon request.

Master Bedroom is a Serene space with a California king size bed, 55' smart TV, ceiling fan, two nightstands/lamps, 6- drawer dresser, attached room with a leather sofa sleeper for 2, nightstand/lamp, and private pool access.
The master bath is Well-appointed, with dual vanity sinks, a soothing soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, a walk-in closet and a private commode.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are on the other side of the home from the master, both have California king beds, 55' Samsung smart TV nightstand/lamp, and a large two door closet.
Main full bathroom is located between bedrooms 2 and 3.
