Spring break success

The house had plenty of room for our group of 12. We cooked all our meals at the house, plenty of dishes and cookware. Pool was refreshing and kids loved the ping pong and air hockey. Nice the rooms had king size beds. Great place to stay!

Excellent Rental

The home was wonderful and fully equipped with needs beyond our expectations. Our only hiccup was that we had a constant visitor (a child) from the neighboring yard who would jump the fence and come sit/hangout on the property fence, spiking up conversation with our kids while they were out playing. It seemed harmless, but did make our outdoor time slightly uncomfortable. She even attempted to offer one of our kids candy and also requested to come to the rental and swim with them - which we had to politely decline.

Family Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay! Our family had little's with and the home was perfect for 7 months to 3 years. The location was great for visiting the area for the first time. Close to parks, food, and London Bridge. We would stay here again!

First visit to Lake Havasu City

The home was spacious and as described. Communications were great with host/management. Well supplied for bathrooms, bedding, kitchen. Outside space by pool was awesome with seating, lounge chairs, bluetooth speakers and bonus beach towels to use. Close to London Bridge area. Quiet neighborhood too. Could use a directions sheet on using the TV had some issues with it staying connected but we were outside or in town most of time. The home is clean and is exactly as the pictures but needs the base boards dusted and pool had a few things like paper and leaves in it we clean out. The pool is beautiful and the outside space was our favorite area.

Great house, easy location

Great place to stay for the weekend in Havasu. Quickly drive to restaurants, the launching docks, stores, etc. would stay here again. Host was very communicative when we reached out via email. AC worked fantastically as well.

So worth it!

The house was even more than we expected. The flooring has been updated throughout the home, even the bedrooms. The bathrooms/showers have also been upgraded. New pics should be posted to show how nice it is. The pool was big and spacious! We just wish there were at least some pool toys.The garage was cooled by a wall air conditioner. We turned it on in the afternoon so it would be cool enough in the evening. The table games were awesome! The washroom is also upgraded with new washer and dryer. The house was also eqipped with a collapsible crib and highchair. Again, a PLUS that is not mentioned in the listing but should be. We had a 2 yo, so having a highchair was such a big relief. When traveling with a baby or toddler, amenities like this are a huge PLUS, especially when we dont have to pack them ourselves. There are misters and a speaker in the back patio. We didnt use them, just wanted to mention it. We would definitely stay here again!

Lake Havsu

The property was nice but a part of our group had to stay at another location because their room had a major water leak (smelly and wet) and it was just covered by pillows and a blanket. The house was not cleaned out of all. The floor was sticky and the living room table and dining table had sand on it.

Spring break 2022

Amazing house!! Has something for everyone. Plenty of space for our family of 7 full is teenagers. Lots of stores and eating options close by. All in all amazing stay. The house was perfect for or needs and it was easy to feel at home. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Lack of basic amenities

We are frequent travelers to Havasu and have rented 10+ different homes, we have a few favorites we have stayed multiple times. I have NEVER left a negative review. This home lacks basic amenities such as bathroom towels/bathmat, NO pool towels, hardly any kitchen supplies, we had to go buy a crockpot. Upon arrival the house seemed like it had been half cleaned, there were rubber bands on the couch, French fries & candy on the bedroom floor. We did not alert the owner/property manager as we had 8 guests and arrived after a day on the lake. The water pressure in 2 of 3 showers is awful, 1 shower will only work at full blast which is the hottest temp setting. 100+ degree weather and only hot water showers available. If you rent this home make sure you bring all of your own condiments, Tupperware & all cooking supplies.

Overall OK, quite a few small issues

Overall, our stay was OK. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for 8 adults and 4 kids. The pull out sofa sucks as expected so bring an air mattress. The RV garage was not accessible to park the boat overnight. There were quite a few little things that were annoying and should have been fixed. Such as shelf broken in the fridge, patio door catch broken so only way to keep door closed was to deadbolt it (not an option with people on patio and kids in the pool), bathroom sink not draining, shower door falling off the tracks, etc. We would go back if we had some reassurance that those things were fixed.
