ASK ABOUT OUR MONTH TO MONTH SPECIALS. Welcome to Smoketree South! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for families! It can host up to 8 guests. It is within one mile of the water. You can walk to Rotary Beach park , London Bridge or many nearby bars and restaurants.
The Space:
There is also ample parking for vehicles, EV charger, toys and RV hookups. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and extremely comfortable beds and linens. There are smart TV’s throughout the home with access to all streaming services. The backyard is low maintenance, with a patio and fire pit area where you can gather with family after a day on the lake.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with a twin over full bunk bed
Sofa: Pull Out Queen Mattress
Please note, our TV's have DIRECTV Stream that can be accessed using our Apple TV with no login needed. There is also access to all streaming platforms using the Apple TV in the living room and an Amazon FireStick in each bedroom.
Garage: The owners have stored their boat on a trailer which takes up space in the garage and is not available to guests. The laundry room is inside the garage and accessible from inside the house for guests to still use the washer and dryer.

Smoketree
Very nice and spacious. Very clean. It had all the amenities. It was on a busy street but that was only a problem due to trying to back kayak trailers into the garage. Beds very comfortable. Glad to see they had a kurig. Fridge in kitchen had icemaker which was good. Had an extra fridge in the garage. Very close to London Bridge as well as eating places. My friend sat on a plastic chair that was in the backyard in the sun and it broke (I notified them)

Location was very convenient but the street is busy and loud. The dishwasher and garbage disposal work but could use replacement. Would have been nice to have grill. Overall, we we quite satisfied and would return.

Great Experience!
My family and I enjoyed staying at this beautiful house just minutes away from London Bridge and the Lake. Everything in the home was great the only thing was that we couldn't use was the patio fire pit as it was completely out of Propane gas. Other than that we all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return again.
