Cons: The house came with 3 bath towels. 2 wash clothes. No coffee mugs!!!! Luckily we found 3 styrofoam coffee cups in a cupboard to use. Outdoor furniture was falling apart and ripped. ”

And the exhaust fan didn’t work so as we cooked it filled up with smoke and no fire Alarm. These are things I would improve for safety reason.
