“This property is excellent! Even better than the photos. Our only hiccup was that the door code wasn’t sent and we had to message the host. They got right back to us. This was not our first choice, we had booked a less expensive property, but was canceled on just two days before because the air conditioner went out VRBO Cares helped us find this property in the same community. Location and amenities drew us to this property. The linens were exceptional, I want those sheets for my bed! Also……

“We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with the essentials. The location is a real plus with easy access to the channel, walking trail, shops and restaurants, not to mention the view. Watching the sunsets from the balcony each evening was a joy. The owner was very kind, helpful and informative, always available if needed. We would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay again.”

“If you are looking for a place that does NOT cool down past 77-78 degrees this place is for you! We checked in at 9:30pm & the AC was at 85 degrees. We turned it down & it never got under 78 all night. 1 of my daughters is severely asthmatic & had to do several treatments. We ended up having to rent a hotel room. The guy that has this place pretty much just said sorry but the AC just can’t keep up with the heat. I informed him that he needs to make that known in his listing. Most people cannot……

“This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a quick Havasu get away. The condo was easy to access, clean, great location, and there were nice touches to the place. We appreciated the chargers, sound machine, Keurig, and kitchen utensils and dishes. Everything was in good working order, and there were plenty of towels, and paper accessories. We also appreciated having access to the RV/boat parking area. It made it much easier for us to prepare for our days on the water. Thank you for……
