This beautiful beachfront house located at the east end of the pedestrian beach, which enable our guest to have quiet, relaxing beachfront getaway...
This welcoming and inviting home is clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. You will feel like as if you were in a home away from home. We have a full kitchen with all of the amenities needed to make your own meals. The home also has quite a few games, many books, and a whole lot of kid friendly movies. This beautiful spacious beachfront house, with 4 br/3ba, built on pedestrian beach and right on water. Master bedroom facing beach and bedroom behind kitchen has king and full size futon, other two bedrooms facing street have queen plus twin/twin bunk beds, total sleep 16 -20 on bed include 4 cots( stocked inside closet) for extra sleeping capacity. After hurricane most pedestrian beach was washed out, we are one of the very few survived front row houses still kept our own private house front beach which allow our guest be able to enjoy to the pedestrian beach right in front of the house, just sit back and watch kids play on the beach while you enjoy the spectacular ocean view. No traffic allowed at our private beach and makes it kids safe. This spacious beachfront house has short walking distance to the cross section of hwy332 and blue water hwy, where you can find the restaurant, convenient store, shops, etc.

Your day will start with having a fresh cup of coffee on the front deck, watching sunrise. During the day you will enjoy beach all day long swimming, picking shell, and building up sand castle. By the end of the day, you can lay back with a drink and enjoy the ocean breeze, listing to the waves and watching sun goes down over the ocean. In the evening some chose to have a walk & talk on the beach while others chose to have fun with board games or curl up on couches watch a movie to relax.

Since the beginning of 2022, we have done a lots of improvements to this property: New wood floors installed for entire house, new sofa sets in living room added. Build staircase from lower deck dirty to beach, outdoor shower deck and walk way to lower deck which provide more convenience for our house guest to shower and back to house without get feet sandy again. At beginning of the year, new beddings (comforters and sheets) were added, all pillows were replaced. During Pandemic, we also added new vacuum cleaner, carpet shampoo machine, floor sweeper/bucket set, so house guests can keep floor cleaned during their stay. We also have futon and sofa cover pads applied to all furnitures and have them washed after each rental. New cookware sets and 6 qt slow cooker were added to kitchen before summer. Small furnitures such beach chairs, lounge chairs, lawn chair are also added to deck.
We will continue to keep up our properties to provide better and comfortable environments to our guests.

Every bedroom is furnished with pillows, pillow shams, bed covers, sheets, blankets, and comforters. Bathroom towels, hand towels are provided. We do not charge laundry service fee so we will count on guest wash them at your departure to leave clean linens for next guest. Of course, we can provide laundry service for $100 laundry service fee upon request.

Beach toys are stocked inside storage room down stair. Full size pool table is at living room for extra entertainment.

The house is furnished with Direct TV over 200 channels available plus local program, and DVR up to 100 hours so you can record your favorite TV show while you have fun on the beach!

Check in 4pm, check out 11am some flexibility may be possible but must be cleared by owner.

Trash pickup: Monday and Thursday.

Minimum age of responsible party is 26. Chaperon must supervise prom or graduation party.

No hot water, no water pressure, steep stairs. Trip hazards on decks. Small living room.
Won’t stay here ever again! Not impressed at all with this overpriced beach house. My entire family and friends were all dissatisfied. We had no water pressure and NO hot water! There was an outdoor shower that had only 1 blue valve next to it so we turned on and off to wash feet etc. The host was stating we turned off the main valve? If so, then why when it was off we still had no water pressure or hot water? The living room area was way too small and the tv in living room was dinky! The sofas in living room were not for sleeping purposes as described. The bathrooms… could not flush toilets or run sink at the same time you showered. The The kitchen not at all organized … stuff was everywhere shoved in cub area so hard to find!

Amazing house!
The house was absolutely amazing!! It was our first time to ever rent a house that was right on the beach. It made life so easy while on vacation. You definitely will not regret staying here. When she tells you to bring off, it’s a serious thing! The mosquitoes are BAD! Do not heed the warning lol We used more off than sunscreen. If we ever stay here again, we will for sure bring citronella candles, off, & mosquito repellent bracelets. The restaurants are kind of small on the inside so you might have to sit outside. Bring your mosquito repellent with you. We had to go back to the house to get ours. Put your mosquito spray on as soon as you arrive. They are not bad down at the water though. So we were happy about that!

Beautiful home, perfect location the only thing I would probably recommend changing is during the check out process they want YOU to wash all linens, towels,ext. that’s not very feasible with an 11am check out and be able to get your large family packed up and out the door. We were willing to pay the fee, but it honestly should just be included. Other than that it was an amazing weekend away.

Safety Problems
The house was clean and location is nice. Water did not work one night and internet did not work the entire stay. Satellite tv was hit or miss. Electricity was a bit sketchy, the outside lines could be seen arcing off and on all the time. Trash hasn’t been picked up in 2 weeks, water is about a foot deep on the road leading to the house. I understand a hurricane came through but I asked MULTIPLE times if the house was safe to stay in and was assured it was. I had insurance and was ready to use it. We should have. I’m not sure if the quick fixes happened before or after the hurricane but they should have been done correctly instead of quickly. The deck had nails sticking up everywhere, very bad for small children wanting to run around barefoot at the beach. The new stairwell was awful and two adults fell down the stairs. The stairs are uneven, they slope downward, completely unlevel. This makes them very unsafe especially with sand and water added to the mix. The whole house moves every night when the tide comes in. Talked with the “guy” who is the “property contractor” who “fixes” everything and I do not believe his work is up to any standards. I cannot rate this home highly due to the nature of the safety concerns. VRBO should question whether this home should be listed. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Maybe the owner should actually go to this home before telling renters it is safe to stay in.

Fun, family, food...what else do you need?
The house is roomy and had plenty of beds. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was very well stocked. We literally could not have been closer to the water. Because of some weather damage, there was a work crew there that were polite, friendly and did what the needed to do. We had to call once for a leak and they were back soon and took care of it immediately. We would definitely like to come again.

Spacious beachfront home
4 families stayed in this spacious waterfront home. Unfortunately we arrived at the tail end of hurricane weather so the beach out front was completely under water but we didn’t let that deter us from having an amazing time. We walked a few houses down each day where the water wasn’t quite as high but now we know that booking a house ON the beach does run the risk of high tides. Jennifer was so communicative and helpful, especially with the drama of trying to get to the area when everything was basically flooded. She even offered to put us up at a different house the first night until the waters came down which we considered but ultimately decided to stick with this house which was a good call. The house wasn’t cleaned when we got there but again, this was after pretty bad storms and there was some storm damage keeping people out of the area. Jennifer refunded our cleaning fees and we straightened up as best as we could. I wish there was more lounge-like furniture on the patio (the house we stayed at last year had lots of sectional couch patio furniture so I think we were spoiled by that). The spacious kitchen was great since we cook so much and everyone enjoyed the pool table. This area has lots to do, from the pedestrian beach to the live music at Sharkies which is walking distance. We drove out to the jetty one evening which was really cool to walk down. If you’re looking for a family friendly getaway with lots to do then this is the area for you!

Had to run from Alberto
We had to emergency evacuate in a rush a day early because of the flooding from Alberto. Up to that point it was great. This is the second time I've stayed in this house and I hope there wasnt any damage after we fled because I would love to stay again. The house was clean and ready to go when we got there and everything worked as it should. We hated having to leave in such a rush but weather was out of anyones control. Even with the high tide (it was up under the house) and being unable to swim we enjoyed the house. We played pool, watched movies and played cards. Its nice just being that close to the ocean.

Location, Location, Location
Pros: Location, easy communication with owner, two full size refrigerator/freezers, spacious home, large street trash cans available Cons: well worn kitchen bakeware, pans, table, chairs and outside decking. Our group of 7 adults and 3 kids absolutely loved it and would rent again. Bring lots of suntan lotion and mosquito spray. We encountered jelly fish stings and vinegar worked best. Brought gallons and cases of drinking water for cooking and drinking but did not notice and taste/odor/color issues with tap water. Brought head lamps and nets so little one could catch ghost crabs on the beach at night. No glass allowed on beach. You can hear the waves at night even with windows closed. Folks camped on beach out front during day; not sure if from the neighborhood behind or bleed over from public beach. If you plan to set up pop up or chairs on the beach do so early to claim your space. Two loungers were available under home. Boogie boards available in storage; cracked so you may wish to bring your own. Nothing edible (not even spices) available. No bath or hair soap. Brought paper towels, extra toilet paper, kitchen trash bags and dryer sheets. Clothes & dish soap is provided. We precooked, froze & brought several meals, disposable plates, cups, bowls, serving ware, aluminum foil, parchment paper, charcoal, lighter fluid and it worked out well (and much, much cheaper) to buy food/drinks at home and bring with you. Plan ahead.

Perfect location for us!
We love the location, close to the stores so you can easily walk or ride a golf cart to them. We go to Surfside every year, and always try to secure this house! Host is very responsive. Remodel looks FAB!!! Teenagers love the pool table!

We enjoyed the house… the location was perfect. We really appreciated the big kitchen and extra fridge. My only critique was that the VRBO listing showed a few extra photos that were not the actual house that we were staying in. The house was more than adequate for our stay…. Just that my husband had expectations based off of the pictures.

Almost Awesome
This place has SO much potential. Best way for me to explain is a pros & cons list. Pros: - LOCATION! Can’t be beat. Literally step off the porch to the ocean. This made the whole trip worth it. - Beach is very clean and smooth. - Pool table and poker set kept us entertained every night. Big plus. - 3 bathrooms is nice. - Lots of cookware provided! - Plenty of room to spread out. - Loved that we were able to have our dogs with us. - Obvious improvements have been made, and appreciated. Cons: - Furniture throughout is really not good. Mattresses are thin and metal bed frames are very creaky. Couches in living room are cheap and not comfortable for lounging. Bar stools are flimsy. One was already broken. I’m sure furniture gets used and abused in rental properties, but oof this was a struggle. - Multiple lamps were old and broken and couldn’t be turned on. - We struggled with internet and TV’s all week. There was an outage for a couple days that couldn’t be helped, but even after it came back on, none of the bedroom TV’s ever worked. Host wanted us to call Dish to get it fixed. - Hot water only lasts for about 10 minutes, so we had to space out showers. It worked for 4 of us, but if you had more people that would be frustrating. - It was tricky hauling luggage up all the steps without a handrail. All in all, we had a good time, and the location makes the cons worth it. It’s so close to being the perfect place to stay. A few more improvements and it would be there!
