“Normal breakfast fair, clean and quiet room. ”

“The hotel itself was phenomenal but the property around the hotel was full of trash, old furniture, and a mattress”

“Literally the only thing this place has going for it is the super kind staff! They are really trying but it's not there yet. There were many different smells that just seemed to worsen. We really tried to make the best of it. The room itself wasn't bad minus the odor. We ended up getting spray for the room and toughed it out the first night. Beds were fine. The AC was fine. Lave was quite. But when coming out of the room... no. This is an extended stay type hotel so no shampoo or conditioner……

“Room not clean. Bedsheets terribly washed. I don't recommend at all. ”

“Great air conditioner, appears to be a new unit, room was recently updated, carpets bathroom and everything appeared to be new. ”

“The only two positives about this place was the cold a/c and the woman working the front desk when I arrived. Otherwise, this property is terrible. I just stayed at a Motel 6 off 1604 near Bandera Rd. in San Antonio, Tx and it was wonderful. I booked this one thinking they were of the same caliber. I was wrong. There was trash all over the parking lot and the hotel was at capacity with people on extended stays. Essentially meaning that they live there. There was no where to park near the rooms,……

“First I only booked the room due to it advertising that there was a hot tub. False they do not. I mentioned that and the front desk said there’s nothing they do for advertisement. The room keys didn’t work so they switched our rooms and again the room keys stopped working, went to take a hot bath and the tub had rust along with the faucets, I took pictures and showed the front desk and they said that had do with house keeping. I asked to speak to a manager and wanted a refund and was told I’d……

“Black mold in restroom and hallways, cockroaches, yellow stains on bedding, water damage in bathroom, drywall crumbling, 15 inch hole in hallway floor (covered by carpet), rust on nightstand lamp, peeling wallpaper and paint, dust covering vents, water damage by ac unit, cracked drywall ”

“The property was excellent but I was disappointed with the breakfast. They need to invest in better cooking pans. ”

“The property itself feels old and outdated despite attempts to modernize it. There were stains on the bed cover and the carpeted floor. Sloppy paint job and bubbling wood. That being said, it was as clean as you can get for the age, staff was friendly, and beds are comfortable. Overall okay budget hotel. ”
