"Very clean with extra linens and kitchenette items just a call away! The property was well maintained and the breakfast had lots of options. Given the busy University of FL graduation we were in town for, the location, accommodations, and professionalism of the staff were such a help and pleasure!"

"Bed was comfortable(no blanket just 2 sheets), AC nice and cold, but fridge had old food/bug specks, microwave was dirty, and no weatherstripping around door allowed small bugs in.I stuffed towel under it to help. Staff helpful.close to railroad and noisy roads. It worked in a pinch, super cheap, but I not up to my standards."

"The pool was disgusting, for only 30 minutes away and for the same price you can enjoy beaches and also clean pools in st.augustine. Not family friendly. "

"Gorgeous property, with stunning grounds, beautiful cottage with everything wonderfully provided. Owner is nearby; and super responsive if needed. Perfect place to just relax, or use a base to explore Gainesville and the surrounding area."

"Short stay, late check-in which was pleasant. Didn't get to breakfast so can't provide any details there. Room appeared clean but there was a musky smell in the room. Maybe the carpet? Interactions with staff were good. "

"Our stay at this hotel was by far one of the lowest I have ever rated. We waited over 10 minutes to be checked in, the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because there was still other peoples hair on the walls as well as the towels that also had particles of God knows what and also hair stuck on the towels which was absolutely disgusting. Housekeeping only came by once to take one of the towels, not even bothered to replace anything or add a new roll of toilet paper which was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. To make matters worse, there was dog piss in one of the elevators that REEKED and as we’re checking out it was still there just dried up so they didn’t even bother to clean it. But what can you expect from a hotel in a small town?"
