This sophisticated five-bedroom waterfront home was artfully designed to ensure mountain and lake views from nearly every room. The main floor has spacious and stocked kitchen, two dining areas, living space with large smart TV and fireplace, a half bath, and a screened-in sunroom which is the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing throughout the day. Bedroom #1, the large primary suite on the upper floor, has a King canopy bed, an armchair, and a writing desk. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower.
The lower level was entirely restored (and refined!) due to damage caused by Hurricane Helene. Four bedrooms are on the lower level: Bedroom #2 King, Bedroom #3 Queen/twin bunk, Bedroom #4 Queen and full, Bedroom #5 two sets of bunk beds. A new game room creates a spacious communal space with a pool table, shuffleboard, two mini fridges, two TVs, and a bar. Two full bathrooms, 1 half bath, and a shower outside too!
The modern kitchen comes with a full suite of upscale appliances as well as a classic coffee maker (small Keurig downstairs), toaster, blender, and crockpot. Prepare meals while listening to music on the Sonos speaker.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES!
This is the only house on the entire lake with a full lake front lawn! Take in lake views from the wraparound balcony, which has a gas grill. Or enjoy the vistas from your screened porch, detailed with ceiling fans, patio lights, and a full outdoor living set. An outdoor 8 person hot tub was added in April 2025! This promises to have some of the best sunset views in all of Lake Lure.
Enjoy outdoor fun with provided lawn games: giant Jenga, cornhole, bocce, Kan Jam, Bottle Bash, & basketballs. Full-size basketball hoop in the driveway. Wood-burning firepit with supplied wood and a hammock for relaxing.
Once lake access resumes, enjoy the provided paddle boards (four) and kayak!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a washer/dryer, games/toys, four paddleboards, one kayak, beach chairs, beach towels, pack-n-play, firewood & more. Renters will need to provide their own login for TV/streaming apps.

Parking notes: Parking is available for four cars. Two spots are on the road, next to the gravel area. Two can park at the bottom of the driveway or on the driveway with e-brake. If additional parking is required please reach out for more details.
Picturesque Lake Lure is a dream destination for nature lovers. [Once re-opened after Hurricane Helene damage] Chimney Rock is five miles from your door, and Lake Lure Adventure Company offers boat rentals within a 15-minute drive. Kayaks, paddleboards, and pontoon boats can be rented from a local service from Memorial Week-Thanksgiving.
